Dedicated to the theme “Debt Discharge and Tax Credits” the 4th conference in the “Discurso Direito” series promoted by VFA took place in Coimbra. The analysis and discussion were led by Jo\u00e3o Mota da Costa, the lawyer responsible for the Insolvency department at VFA, and Ana Filipa Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, assistant professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference also saw the attendance of business owners, insolvency administrators, consultants, and banking professionals, who participated in the debate by raising questions and sharing experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
