Starting on November 8th, Coimbra Business School | ISCAC will offer the course on Public Sector Labour Law, in which Bruno Martelo<\/a> will be a lecturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topic to be covered by the VFA lawyer will be “Guarantees of impartiality: incompatibilities and disqualifications, and the authorization for the accumulation of functions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruno Martelo joins a team of specialists who will share knowledge with individuals interested in gaining advanced training in this area, including students, professionals, and public or private sector employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The approval of the Dignified Work Agenda, under Law no. 13\/2023, of April 3rd, is an example of how societal evolution and changes in work practices drive the evolution of labour law. This legislative evolution applies not only to labour relations in the private sector but also to administrative public sector employment relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course \u2013 online \u2013 will be 50 hours long, running from November 8th to December 20th, and registration is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
