The publication of the book Studies in Celebration of 20 Years of CIRE<\/em> has been announced, a work emerging from the conference held on May 8, 2024, at Lus\u00f3fona University in Lisbon<\/a>. Paulo Val\u00e9rio<\/a>, partner at VFA, participated in this event as a speaker, discussing the topic \u201cThe RERE Revisited in Light of European Insolvency Law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paulo Val\u00e9rio is thus one of the specialists who has contributed to this work, newly announced by the Almedina publishing house and coordinated by Jos\u00e9 Gon\u00e7alves Machado, Ph.D. in Private Law Sciences and Assistant Professor at the Lus\u00f3fona University Faculty of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studies in Celebration of 20 Years of CIRE<\/em> (a work published in Portuguese) also includes contributions from Alexandre de Soveral Martins, Ana Filipa Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00c2ngelo Pereira Dias, Bruno de Oliveira Moura, David Sequeira Dinis, F\u00e1tima Reis Silva, Fernando Ta\u00ednhas, Jos\u00e9 Alvarenga, Jos\u00e9 Gon\u00e7alves Machado, Juana Pulgar Ezequerra, Lu\u00eds Manuel Teles de Menezes Leit\u00e3o, Maria do Ros\u00e1rio Epif\u00e2nio, Ricardo da Silva Pereira, and Sandra Mendeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
