Paulo Val\u00e9rio<\/a><\/strong> has been invited to lecture in the Postgraduate Programme in Business Bankruptcy and Recovery at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paran\u00e1<\/a> (PUC-PR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lawyer joins a distinguished group of specialists teaching in this lato sensu<\/em> postgraduate course<\/a>, aimed at legal professionals \u2014 both recent graduates and experienced practitioners \u2014 working in the field of corporate recovery and restructuring. The programme is designed for those looking to deepen their understanding of the legal, procedural and substantive aspects of business insolvency, or to update their knowledge in light of recent legislative developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 10 April, Paulo Val\u00e9rio will deliver a session focusing on the Portuguese legal framework for insolvency, highlighting key legal and judicial solutions applicable to companies facing financial distress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
