Paulo Val\u00e9rio, partner at VFA, was a speaker at the G9 Comunidade Lus\u00f3fona international course entitled “Insolvency and Restructuring Programme”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course was aimed at lawyers and consultants from Lusophone countries, with the goal of promoting and consolidating Lusophony in the field of recovery and insolvency systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the event, which was supported by UNCITRAL, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, Paulo Val\u00e9rio spoke about Insolvency Regulation in the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
