Paulo Valério teaches in course at Universidade Lusófona

VFA’s Managing Partner, Paulo Valério, is one of the guest experts in the course “Recovery of Pre-Insolvent Companies: From Theory to Practice”, taking place from March 10 to April 9 at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Lusófona.

The course, coordinated by José Gonçalves Machado, is presented by Universidade Lusófona as “an introductory course on the law governing the recovery of pre-insolvent companies, covering the Guiding Principles, the RERE and the PER.” It is aimed at final-year undergraduate Law students and Master’s students in Law.

On March 31, Paulo Valério will address the topic “Out-of-Court Corporate Recovery Scheme”.
